Adelaide, South AustraliaFounded: 1887Reestablished: 2026
Efforts to establish a South Australian branch of the Australian Natives’ Association began in the mid-1880s. The pioneer branch formed at Mount Gambier in April 1887 and quickly grew, with further branches following in Adelaide and across the colony.
The Adelaide Branch was formally incorporated in 2026, with an elected committee, and is among the latest branches of the resurgent ANA.
