The ANA’s legal guild has successfully settled a dispute with the South Australian Government who had attempted to block the incorporation of our Adelaide Branch in May this year on ‘public interest’ grounds.
After launching proceedings in the South Australian Civil & Administrative Tribunal; fielding a number of jurisdictional and constitutional arguments, the South Australian Government has finally conceded its position and has incorporated our first South Australian branch. That being, first of the ANA in its current iteration. It has been many decades since there was a living branch of the ANA in that great state and we are so pleased to give an opportunity for patriots in that state the capacity to organise, grow and strengthen the legitimate ethnic interests of the founding stock of the country.
Though the process had drawn out over a number of months, it has been a successful test case for the ANA’s National Litigation fund and its in-house team of dedicated and passionate lawyers. This victory sends a message to our adversaries; the ANA is not a soft target that will roll over at the first instance of interference.
We are very pleased to welcome the Adelaide branch of the ANA to the National association – Being made up of highly professional, credible, dedicated and passionate Nationalists – Our association continues to march forwards to securing a future for our people.
