Report Anti-Australian Vilification

The Australian Natives’ Association can review, process and take action if you become aware of any Anti-Australian / Anti-White hate crimes; to the benefit of our members and the public we ask you consider what you see:

  1. Does it call to violence against Australians?
  2. Is it likely to lead to the vilification of our people?
  3. Does the comment go above and beyond what was necessary to convey a political or academic point?
  4. Was it communication over a carriage service (Email, phone, instant messaging etc) that is likely to menace, harass or offend an ordinary Australian?

We will also accept evidence relating to vandalism of Australian statutes or significant sites.

We ask that you provide your report with as much primary factual information as possible and we will review whether it warrants:

  1. Reporting to the relevant law enforcement authorities,
  2. Reporting to the human rights commission,
  3. Private prosecution by the ANA Legal team,

Ideally you would provide:

  1. Name of person believed to be offending,
  2. Where their vilifying conduct might be read, viewed or otherwise accessed,
  3. The context in which the vilification took place,
  4. Whether or not you have made any police or HRC reports.
